Data Security

With such an advanced system, data security is of paramount importance. We will leave the deployment of the cloud service to your own IT department or trusted service providers. There are a few options you can consider:

  •  Obtain a static public IP address and a domain name for the gateway server. You will need to contact your ISP and domain name provider for this. This approach allows you to have a public IP address or URL for the system.

  •  If your organization already has a static public IP address, you can also utilize port forwarding.

  •  Implement a reverse proxy server. Open-source solutions like https://github.com/fatedier/frp are available. You will need a Cloud server with a public IP address, running a supported operating system (e.g., Ubuntu Linux).

  •  Utilize a third-party remote desktop application such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk. While this option may be the simplest, it comes at a cost.

  •  Use a VPN. If you already have a VPN, you can also set up your own remote desktop or VNC server.

  • These options provide various levels of security and accessibility, allowing you to choose the most suitable approach for your organization's needs.
